浸没对置撞击流的液相混合行为研究
Study on Liquid Mixing Behavior within a Submerged Impinging Stream Mixer

Abstract
Concentration fields of two streams with equal momentum in a submerged impinging stream mixer was studied by non-intrusive planar laser inducing fluorescence technique, and the liquid mixing behavior of symmetric and asymmetric impinging was analyzed. The concentration distribution of a tracer was evaluated quantitatively based on mixing uniformity and mixing time, and the effect of different internal diameter ratios and separation distances on tracer distribution was studied. The influence of momentum ratio of two streams on mixing was discussed under symmetric impinging. The results show that symmetric operation exhibits better mixing performance than that of asymmetric operation within small nozzle separation distance (L<10D). The best nozzle separation distance isL=3D. A momentum ratio of ~1 is beneficial for symmetric impinging.关键词
