Enterprise Qualification Evaluation and Pledge Assessment for Chattel Mortgage in Industrial Park

Abstract
In view of the difficulty to assess enterprise qualification and pledge for chattel mortgage in the industrial park because of the dynamic characteristics of pledges being of a great variety and frequently go-ing in and out of warehouse, and through analyzing the different strategies of chattel mortgage business risk management on uniform credit-financial logistics enterprises and banks, an ANP enterprise qualification e-valuation model of a dual-factor index system is constructed and a dynamic pledge model based on mark-ing-to-market strategy built.And then by a case application, the validity of the models is verified.This re-search provides some guidance for the industrial park of financial logistics enterprises to carry out the chat-tel mortgage well.关键词
