一株野生香菇的鉴定及菌丝最佳生长条件研究
Identification of a Strain of Wild Lentinula edodes and Study on the Optimum Growth Conditions of its Mycelium
摘要
Abstract
n order to identify a strain of wild Lentinula edodes exactly,we conducted some experiments u-sing its rDNA ITS sequences analysis and morphological identification.The results indicated that this wild strain is Lentinula edodes.Some studies on the optimum growth rate of its mycelium in this paper showed that the best carbon source was maltose,the optimum nitrogen source was beef extract,the optimum C / N was 30 ∶1,the optimum pH value range was 5 to 6,and magnesium sulfate could promote the growth of its mycelium.关键词
