论“假球”的罪名适用及立法完善
On the “Match-fixing” Charges Application and Legislative Perfection
摘要
Abstract
There are deficiencies on the viewpoint of“match-fixing” charges application currently. The “match-fixing” and its cause behavior should be evaluated and then handled by multiple crimes. But there are no charges applicable to “match-fixing”. Criminal legislation should be developed timely. However, a higher incrimination standard shall be set up, reducing its scope of ap-plication.关键词
