摘要

Abstract

The benzoic acid root intercalated into the nano MgAl-benzoic acid-LDH ( Layered Double Hydrox-ides) was synthesized using the co-precipitation method. The sample had been characterized by Fourier Trans-form Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy,X-Ray Diffraction (XRD),Thermogravimetry (TG) and High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy ( HRTEM). With benzoic acid into hydrotalcite interlayer,the results showed that hydrotalcite spacing increased,but it still had a complete lamellar structure. Also,the thermal stability of the MgAl-benzoic acid-LDH was remarkably improved,compared with that of MgAl-LDH,which has the potential ap-plication value.
