摘要
Abstract
An addition curable silicone encapsulant with the adhesion properties has been prepared with carbasi-latrane derivative as tackifier. Effects of amounts of fillers,different modification methods,amounts of the tackifier and A value on the adhesion properties of silicone encapsulants were investigated. The results showed that,when the loading quartz powder was 150 phr,modified by A171,the loading tackifier was 2 phr and A value was 1. 4,the addition curable silicone encapsulants was prepared with excellent adhesion for aluminum, PA, ABS and PC, and with excellent comprehensive properties such as thermal conductivity,flame retardance.关键词
