摘要
Abstract
Polyvinyl chloride ( CPVC) is chlorinated by acid phase method,which is processed by alternative water medium in chlorination reaction with a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid. The uniformity of chlorin-ation,chlorine content and the inherent quality of the product was investigated. By controlling the ventilation a-mount and reaction time in the reaction a series of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride products with different chlorine content and performances were obtained,which adapt to the needs of different occasions. The result showed that the acid phase method is a simple process, high efficiency, uniformity of chlorination, good stability and energy-saving.关键词
