摘要

Abstract

Industrial application of domestic CS-G catalyst was on trial in 500kt/a polypropylene ( PP) unit of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group. The physical and chemical properties and catalytic activity of the catalyst were also investigated. The results of small scale polymerization showed that,under the same polymerization condi-tions,the activity of CS-G catalyst was higher 49. 4% than PTK4320 catalyst,but the preparation of polypropylene isotacticity and melt index slightly lower. The results of industrial application showed,the average polymerization ac-tivity of CS-G catalyst was 60% higher than PTK4320 catalyst,silane content was basically the same,hydrogen con-sumption increased by 25%. CS-G catalyst in the Novolen polypropylene plant of Shenhua Ningxia Coal production 1102K products can achieve excellent standards,product performance and imported catalyst for the products did not differ significantly.
