Abstract
The ribosomal RNA geneinternal transcribed spacer (ITS) region ofCraspedacustafrom Qingdao was isolated using the polymerase chain reaction followed by sequencing. Homology and phylogenetic analyses re-vealed that theITS region ofCraspedacustashowed a high similarity withCraspedacusta sowerbyi(>93%). Si-multaneously, our results showed that this region is closely related toC. sowerbyi using a phylogenetic tree. The present data suggest that theCraspedacustafrom Qingdao are closely related toC. sowerbyi. This is a new study aboutCraspedacusta in Qingdao.关键词
