摘要

Abstract

In order to study distribution and change law s of pipe contact pressure during steel curved pipe jacking under larger buried depth condition ,the contact pressure of curved pipe jacking w ere mo‐nitored and analyzed by a site test ,based on Gongbei curved pipe jacking roof tunnel project .The re‐sults show that jacking force approximately rises with increase of jacking distance and friction resist‐ance of unit area in coarse sand is greater than that of sand clayey soil .The contact pressure fluctuates and increases during jacking process ,but gradually restores stability after jacking stoppage .With effect of buoyancy and lateral jacking force ,the contact pressure values at top and bottom of pipe are relatively close ,but the upper pressure is slightly larger than the bottom pressure .The horizontal contact pressure inside of pipe is less than that in the bending of outside .T he additional contact pres‐sure is increasing as distance decreases between excavation face and monitoring section .The horizontal additional contact pressure of previous jacked pipe reduces and the top contact pressure instead contin‐ues to grow due to soil arching effect after jacking machine head through the monitoring section .
