树脂金刚石线的国产化研究
Research on resin diamond wire made in China
摘要
Abstract
By comparing the performance of steel wire samples made in China and abroad,a Chinese steel wire for experiment is selected.Based on this steel wire,surfactant and acid used in surface treatments are selected.Finally,resin diamond wires are produced with domestic and foreign steel wires respectively,the performance of which is compared.The results show that the components and performance of No.3 Chinese steel wire are close to those of foreign steel wire.Surface treatment effect is better after treated using AEO-9 and phosphoric acid.The resin diamond wire produced with domestic steel wire can satisfy the quality standard of foreign steel wire and meet application requirements.关键词
