Abstract
Na2 O–Al2 O 3 –SiO 2 –B2 O 3 based vitrified bond was selected as the main research subject. Vitrified bond for nanometer titanium carbonitride could be obtained by adding 2%,4%,6% and 8%mass fraction nano-Ti(C,N) into the basic glass material.The flexural strength values were gained by CMT4504 electronic multifunctional tester. Furthermore, differential thermal analysis and microstructure of vitrified bond for nanometer Ti(C,N) were examined by LCP –1 poor thermal expansion and Stemi 2000-C electron microscope,respectively.The results showed that after being added to 2%,4%,6% and 8% mass fraction nano-Ti(C,N),the mobility of the vitrified bond was about 179.80%-1 93.33% and the values of bending strength were among 33.55 -1 1 6.38 MPa.The comprehensive performance of vitrified bond with 6% mass fraction nano-Ti(C,N) was optimal. Compared with basic glass material,its bending strength and mobility increased by 39.92 MPa and 22.9%,respectively,with performance greatly improved.关键词
