摘要

Abstract

By cutting experiments of hard alloy using high pressure abrasive water-jet,the influences of jet pressure,cutting speed,abrasive flow rate and target distance on the cutting depth are analyzed using single factor method.Based on the single factor tests,the levels of these factors are selected for orthogonal test,and the processing parameters are optimized by range analysis.The results show that the influence of factors on the cutting depth ranks as following:jet pressure>cutting speed>abrasive flow>target distance.And the optimal processing parameters are jet pressure 280 MPa,cutting speed 50.8 mm∕min,abrasive flow rate 545 g∕min,target distance 5 mm.The cutting depth can reach the best under the optimal parameters,which is 0.70 cm.
