摘要

Abstract

In order to study the influence of sintering process on the properties of Cu-Sn pre-alloy powder with high Sn content,orthogonal experiment was carried out.The influence factors and optimal parameters were determined using range analysis method,and the experimental results were compared using SEM,microstructure observation and mechanical property tests,etc.The results showed that as with density,hardness and wear resistance of the samples sintering temperature had the biggest influence,followed by holding time and pressure while as with bending strength of the samples, sintering temperature came first,followed by pressure and holding time.It was shown that when the sintering parameters were 440 ℃,180 s and 10 MPa,the properties was better,which could be optimal experimental program.
