慢性乙醇中毒性周围神经病患者执行功能的对照研究
The Controlled Study of Executive Function in Patients with Chronic Alcoholic Peripheral Neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To research the executive function of patients with chronic alcoholism peripheral neuropathy (CAPN) .Methods :164 patients were involved in the study group (Group A) ,who were admitted primally as CAPN in No .153 Central Hospital of PLA and General Hospital of PLA from Jan .2009 to Jun .2014 .And 152 healthy volun‐teers were involved in the control group(Group B) .Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST ) ,Wire Test ,Stroop Digital Counter Test ,ODDBELL Auditory Task ,STERBERG Visual Task and Dual Audio - Visual Tracking Task were used in both groups .Results :The operation time of the study group were significantly higher than which of the con‐trol group in all tasks(t = 2 .233 ~ 16 .588 ,P < 0 .05) .The correct rates of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group in all tasks(t = 2 .287 ~ 23 .782 ,P < 0 .01) .Conclusion :In patients with central nervous system clinical manifestations of CAPN ,there have been a high level of brain activity disorder .The cognitive psychol‐ogy test will help them in early diagnosis .关键词
