Abstract
Objective :To explore the needs of schizophrenia patients and their family burdens in community and the relationship between them .Methods :The Camberwell Assessment of Need (CAN )and Family Burden of Diseases (FBD)were used to investigate 278 schizophrenia patients's needs and their family burdens .Results :The top five needs in area of CAN were psychotic symptoms (266) ,company(200) ,information about their condition or treatment (187) ,daytime activity (181)and psychological distress (174) .Three factors in FBD got most mean scores ,including family relationships(1 .5 ± 0 .3) ,daytime actives(1 .3 ± 0 .2) ,financial burdens(1 .1 ± 0 .4) .CAN total scores were asso‐ciated with FBS total ,family relationship ,day activity ,financial burden and psychological distress scores (r = 0 .5246 , 0 .6252 ,0 .5135 ,0 .4723 ,0 .4412 ;P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :There are more clinical and social needs of schizophrenia pa‐tients in community ,and they are associated with family burdens .关键词
