Abstract
Objective :To explore the efficacy of Integrated Regulation Training (IRT )on quality of life for patients with schizophrenia .Methods :In this randomized controlled ,open label ,prospective study ,85 patients with schizophre‐nia who met the edition international classification of diseases (ICD - 10)criteria for schizophrenia ,which were ran‐domly assigned to treatment group(IRT combined with general antipsychotic drugs and nursing ,n = 41) ,and control group(general antipsychotic drugs and nursing ,n = 44) .Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and World Health Or‐ganization Quality of Life - Brief(WHOQOL - BREF)were used to assess the efficacy at baseline and 4 blindly .Re‐sults :After 4 week treatment ,regarding BPRS total score and any other terms suggested that the treatment group were lower than the control group(t = 9 .98 ,2 .33 ,2 .98 ,2 .03 ,2 .20 ;P < 0 .05) .Furthermore ,the treatment group’s to‐tal score of WHOQOL - BREF ,psychological factor ,environment factor and physiological factor was higher than the control group(t = 4 .49 ,2 .04 ,2 .07 ,2 .27 ;P < 0 .05) ,but not in the social relation factor .Conclusion :Effects of IRT can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia ,which will pose a new way to early rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia .关键词
