舒肝解郁胶囊与西酞普兰治疗产后抑郁症的临床疗效比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the difference on clinical effect on postpartum depressions treated with Suganjieyu Capsules and Citalopram Tablets .Methods :80 postpartum depression patients were enrolled as research group .The research group was divided into Suganjieyu Capsules treated group (observation group ,n = 40)and Citalopram Tab‐lets treated group(control group ,n = 40)by the method of the random number table .The research groups were per‐formed clinical randomized double blind control test and were assessed with 17 - item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD)and Clinical Global Impression - severity of illness scale (CGI - SI) ,and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) .Results :① There were no differences on the curative rate ,the significant efficiency ,the effective rate , inefficiency rate ,and the total effective rate between experimental group and the control group .② Compared with pri‐or - treatment ,the HAMD and CGI - SI scores of postpartum depressions were decreased significantly post - treat‐ment(P < 0 .05) .No differences were found on the reductive score value of HAMD and CGI - SI between experimen‐tal group and the control group .③ Adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly less than the control group(P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :Clinical efficiency on postpartum depressions treated with Suganjieyu Capsules is quite than Citalopram Tablets ,has little side effects ,and good security .It further suggests that it is better to treat postpar‐tum depressions by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound base on their physiological characteristics and social roles .关键词
