综合干预对社区精神分裂症患者的康复作用
Comprehensive Intervention Effects on Community Rehabilitation of Patients with Schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate comprehensive intervention including skills training ,including the rehabilita‐tion of patients with schizophrenia in community action .Methods :200 patients with schizophrenia were randomly as‐signed to the intervention group and the control group ,the intervention group were to implement a comprehensive formula to intervene ;They were observed over 12 months ,and every three months were tested with a homemade general questionnaire ,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS ) ,Global Assessment Scale Function (GAF) , and rehabilitation of existing capacity evaluation form .Results :In 9 months after the intervention ,the PANSS be‐tween the two groups had significant differences(t = ‐2 .020 ,‐2 .631 ;P < 0 .05) ;The two groups were significantly dif‐ferent in 6 months and 9 months on GAF scale ,and there are very significant differences in 12 month(t = 2 .496 , 2 .967 ,4 .303 ;P < 0 .05 or 0 .001) ;In capacities and rehabilitation evaluation form ,in the first six month ,life skills , work ,care and interest ,social skills and total scores had significant differences between the two groups (t = ‐2 .065 ,‐2 .048 ,‐2 .021 ,‐2 .671 ,‐2 .915 ;P < 0 .05) .Over observation time ,differences between the two groups became clear ;to the first 12 months ,each subscale ,such as health capacity ,the ability to live ,work ,care and interest ,social skills ,and the total scores had significant differences between the two groups (t = ‐2 .476 ,‐4 .117 ,‐3 .024 ,‐2 .980 ,‐3 .696 ,‐4 .034 ;P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :Rehabilitation in the form of conclusions ,including a comprehensive skills training interven‐tions ,can promote the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia .关键词
