The Cognitive Function Defect on Dysgnosia Teenagers'Working Memory and Processing Speed
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the cognitive function defect on dysgnosia teenagers 'working memory and pro‐cessing speed .Methods :To carry out digit span test (forward and backward)and spatial memory span test (forward and backward)of Wechsler memory scale(WMS)and 3 processing speed tasks (digit transcription ,string diagram and digit cross)on two groups desperately .They were 42 dysgnosia teenagers whose ages were between 13 and 16 as an experimental group and 42 normal teenagers as a matched group according to the principle of ages and sexes matched ,we tested the two group desperately .Results :① The scores of working memory and processing speed of dys‐gnosia teenagers were lower than those of the matched group (t = ‐23 .61 ,‐19 .35 ;P < 0 .01) .② There were no signifi‐cant differences in gender on working memory and processing speed .③ The most scores of the working memory were correlated with processing speed (P < 0 .05) .④ There was a significant predicting effect from processing speed to working memory in dysgnosia teenagers and the prediction rate was 36 .00% .Conclusion :There are some problems in working memory and processing speed in dysgnosia teenagers ;The working memory can predict processing speed .关键词
