Work Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Traffic Police

Abstract
Objective :To investigate relationships among work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior of traffic police .Methods :557 traffic police in Changsha was conducted by using the questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior and work engagement .Results :① There were no significant differences in gender in the organiza‐tion citizenship behavior and all dimensions (P > 0 .05) ;In the dimension of interpersonal harmony ,unmarried score was significantly lower than that of married(t = 2 .44 ,P < 0 .01) ;There were significant differences in the scores of different working years in the collaborative work (F = 3 .93 ,P < 0 .01)and responsibility (F = 3 .07 ,P < 0 .05) .② work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior had significant correlation (P < 0 .05) .③ work engagement had significantly positive forecast on the dimension of identification ,cooperation ,and conscientiousness (P < 0 .001) ;Or‐ganization engagement had significantly positive forecast on the dimension of protecting corporate resources and in ‐terpersonal harmony(P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :Work engagement has significantly positive forecast on traffic police's i‐dentification ,cooperation ,and conscientiousness ;Organizational engagement has a positive forecast on protecting cor‐porate resources and interpersonal harmony of traffic police .关键词
