The Revision of the Career Decision - making Difficulties Questionnaire of Universities
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To develop the Career Decision - making Difficulties Questionnaire for the use of Chinese col‐lege students .Methods :First ,building the theory dimensions which based on looking up references and interviewing some universities with the Career Decision - making Difficulties ,for the revision of the Career Decision - making Dif‐ficulties Questionnaire of universities ;Second ,400 randomly selected students were preliminary tested ,and item a‐nalysis and exploratory factor analysis were used ;Last ,300 randomly selected students were tested ,and confirmatory factor analysis was used .Results :① The questionnaire consisted of three factors :Lack of readiness ,lack of informa‐tion ,conflicts each dimension included three or four sub - dimensions ,there were 36 items in all ;② The coefficient of internal consistency each dimension (cronbach'sα)was 0 .816 ,it showed that the questionnaire had good reliability ;③The 3 factor models fit indexs for χ2 /df ,RMSEA ,RMR ,GFI ,AGF were from 1 .077 to 2 .170 ,0 .017 to 0 .064 ,0 .045 to 0 .064 ,0 .929 to 0 .980 ,0 .910 to 0 .963 ,the correlation coefficients between each dimension and total scale ranged from 0 .787 to 0 .813 ,the correlation coefficients between each dimension ranged from 0 .388 to 0 .558 ,which showed that the questionnaire had good construct validity .Conclusion :The questionnaire is so reliable and valid that it is able to applicable to measure the career decision - making difficulties of universities .关键词
