社区干预对高血压患者生活方式和行为习惯的影响
Influence of Community Intervention on Lifestyle and Behavior Habits of Patients with Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the influence of community intervention on lifestyle and behavior habits of the pa‐tients with hypertension .Methods :All 200 patients with hypertension in community were randomly assigned into the test group and the control group .Each had 100 cases .The patients in the test group received a community interven‐tion for a year while the patients in the control group received an outpatient service follow - up .The change of lifes‐tyle and behavior habits and the control effect of the blood pressure of the patients were observed and compared .Re‐sults :In the 12th end of month after intervention ,all factors and total scores of health - promoting lifestyle profile Ⅱin the both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention (F = 695 .414 ,599 .960 ,199 .360 ,566 .346 , 276 .237 ,289 .369 ,415 .927 ,3648 .129 ;P < 0 .001) .But the increase range of the scores in the test group was signifi‐cantly bigger than those in the control group (t = 11 .546 ,13 .316 ,12 .246 ,13 .313 ,5 .523 ,6 .654 ,10 .856 ,31 .795 ;P <0 .001) .The blood pressure of the patients after intervention was significantly lower than those before in the both groups(F = 828 .999 ,659 .796 ;P < 0 .001) .But the depression range of blood pressure in the test group was signifi‐cantly bigger than those in the control group (t = 5 .771 ,5 .572 ,4 .284 ,3 .672 ,4 .479 ,4 .937 ,4 .172 ,3 .049 ;P < 0 .01) . Conclusion :The community intervention can significantly improve the patients'lifestyle and behavior habits .It is con‐ducive to control of blood pressure of the patients .关键词
