Abstract
Objective :To learn the basic situation of rural junior high school students frustration tolerance and its relationship with parenting style .Methods :The Egna Minnen av Barndoms uppfostran - own memories of parental (EMBU )and the rural junior high school students frustration tolerance scale were used in 155 students in one rural junior high school .Results :① The frustration tolerance differences in different grade were not significant ,the third grade was higher than the first ,the frustration endurance level of the second grade was the lowest .There were dis‐tinctive differences of the frustration tolerance in gender (P < 0 .05) .② Parents in emotional warmth and understand‐ing were positively related with frustration tolerance (r = 0 .195 ,0 .240 ;P < 0 .05) .Parents in punishment and harsh(r= ‐0 .331 ,‐0 .302) ,excessive interference(r = ‐0 .262 ,r = ‐0 .266) ,refused to deny (r = ‐0 .311 ,‐0 .230) ,preference(r= ‐0 .237 ,‐0 .230)were negatively related with frustration tolerance .③ Father’s punishment and harsh(R2 = 0 .110) , mother’s emotional warmth and understanding (R2 = 0 .025)could significantly predict frustration tolerance of rural junior high school students .Conclusion :The frustration tolerance is higher in girls than that in boys rural junior high school students ;Parenting style can predict rural junior high students'frustration tolerance .关键词
