Emergency supplies scheduling model and algorithm for multi-supply point and multi-demand point

Abstract
Aiming at the multi-supply point and multi-demand point problem of emergency supplies scheduling,this paper sug-gested an optimization objective function,a decision-making model and its solving algorithm.From the perspective of the de-mand point,it proposed a synthetic evaluation function for emergency support,which took degree of urgency,arrival time and degree of satisfaction in demand into account.On this basis,considering not only different supply and demand condition but al-so the diversity of emergency supplies and transportation,it presented a scheduling model aiming at minimizing the value of the synthetic evaluation function for emergency support.Finally,according to the characteristics of this model,it put forward IP-SOA-ESCA.Simulated experiments verify the rationality of the synthetic evaluation function for emergency support,the univer-sality of this model and the validity of this algorithm.关键词
