摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of inconsistencies of Pin feet spacing and flatness in electronic connector assembly process,in this paper we design a machine vision-based defect detection system for electronic connectors.Meanwhile,based on Canny algorithm we present a new detection algorithm.It is verified by experiment that compared with manual detection methods,the design scheme of the system significantly improves the detection speed and accuracy,it is able to adapt to and meet the needs of automated industrial production.关键词
