油菜蕾薹期和花期菌核病接种方法比较
Comparison of Methods for Resistance Screening aganist Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in Brassica napus

Abstract
Sclerotinia stem rot caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is a major disease in oilseed rape.To es⁃tablish a rapid and effective method for evaluation of resistance in Brassica napus to S. sclerotiorum four artifi⁃cial inoculation methods and five genotypes of Brassica napus were used in this study. The four methods were detached leaf inoculation ( DLI) ,detached stem inoculation with toothpick ( DSI) ,stem inoculation with tooth⁃pick in vivo (SIT),and petiole inoculation with pipette tip in vivo (PIT).No significant correlations were de⁃tected between detached leaf inoculation and the other three methods.The lesion length of PIT at 11 dpi (days post⁃inoculation) and 19 dpi showed significant ( P<0.05) correlations with lesions of DSI at 3dpi and 7 dpi (r=0.866 and 0.821),and highly significant (P<0.01) correlations with lesions of SIT at 7 dpi and 15 dpi (r=0.952 and 0.987).These results suggest that the petiole inoculation with pipette tip is a convenient and re⁃liable method for screening the resistance against S.sclerotiorum in B.napus.关键词
