特殊白茄种质的果色遗传及相关性状分析
Fruit Color Heredity and Related Characters of White Eggplant
摘要
Abstract
The F1,B1,B2,and F2 generations obtained through crossing,self⁃crossing and back⁃crossing derived from two eggplant inbred lines with white fruit color were used to study the genetic characteristics of eggplant fruit color traits. The results showed that fruit colors of F1 hybrid were red. The ratios were close to 9 red∶7 white for F2 progenies;1 red∶1 red for B1 progenies;1 red∶1 red for B2 progenies,too.The results ofχ2 test further proved that heredity of fruit color with red genes on eggplant was controlled by two pairs of domi⁃nant complementary genes.The three genes of stem color,flower color and fruit color were all inherited through linkage inheritance.关键词
