基于DNA条形码的我国吴茱萸主要栽培种遗传分析和分子鉴别研究
A Study on Genetic Relationship Analysis and Molecular Indenfication Based on DNA Barcoding of the Main Cultivated Species of Evodia rutaecarpa in China

Abstract
ITS2 and psbA⁃trnH were used to analyze the genetic background of Evodia rutaecarpa ’ s main cultivated species in China and identify them. ITS2 sequences were 223 bp and 7 differential sites were ob⁃tained inculding two specificity sites.The total length of psbA⁃trnH was 419 bp including three specificity sites. The system clustering tree was constructed on the basis of ITS2 sequences. The result showed that the genetic background distinction between Evodia rutaecarpa and Evodia ·rutaecarpa ( Juss.·) Benth ·var ·officinalis (Dode ) Huang,E. rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth.var. bodinieri (Dode) Huang was obvious and the relationship between Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss) Benth and was closer.And grafting made the big variation in genetic back⁃ground.The sequence specificity sites of this test could be used in accurate and effective identification of genu⁃ine and fake Evodia rutaecarpa.关键词
