Abstract
Standardized training of general physician is main way to train the general practitioner in our country, which is largely invisible, the ability of residency is weak on different levels. There have many different characteristics with the standardized training of specialist in the training base and teachers. The electronic medical record system can strengthen the training and supervision to participants in standardized training of general practitioner, can ensure the quantity and quality of managing patients and clinical skills, and ensure the rotation in accordance with the arrangement. Achieving the remote monitoring of community training base through the cloud platforms. By taking a series of safeguard measures, the whole training process was supervised using the electronic medical record, which can improve and ensure the effectiveness of standardized training.关键词
