疾控人才在线培训云平台学习行为特征分析
Analysis on the Learning Behavior Characteristics of the Online Training Cloud Platform for Disease Control Personnel

Abstract
Objective The purpose of the article is to realize the information of CDC talent cloud platform online training students and provide scientiifc basis for strengthening the construction of system for disease control and health personnel. Methods The author collected students’ learning records of Guangdong province landing"health education"from November 2013 to October 2015, and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the students learning behavior. Results 86.28% of students study online within 500 minutes. 69.31% of students study effectively less than 50 minutes .They study mainly in the working day of the week and mainly in 8~9 AM, 15~16 PM, 21~22 PM of the day. 62% of students learning process is within 10%. Conclusion CDC talent online learning behavior has certain problem. Students learning interest is not strong and don’t have good learning initiative. Autonomous learning ability and time management ability are poorer. They also lack the ability to learn, etc. We need to adopt relevant measures to improve and promote the development of CDC.关键词
