摘要
Abstract
Ultrasonic medicine has developed into a modern medical imaging for diagnosis and treatment, which put forward new requirements for standardization training of resident in department of ultrasonic medicine. According to the discipline characteristics of ultrasonography, we first introduced tutor responsibility system and trained the residents from the following aspects: clinical practice ability, teaching ability and scientific research ability. Finally we establish standardized evaluation system to ensure training effectiveness. Here, the problems existing in the process of ultrasonic resident standardization training and preliminary countermeasures were also discussed.关键词
