摘要
Abstract
Tutor system is helpful to train the skills of students to analyze and solve problems independently. Construction a tutor team composed of specialist in the department of internal medicine, specialist in surgery and general practitioner in community, can improve the training level of the standardized training of general practitioners, can ensure the effectiveness of trainings, which needs to strengthen the teaching management, establish standardization and uniformity of the tutor system about the consistent training content and assessment standards.关键词
