Abstract
Objective To analyze and evaluate the level with teaching method is used in laboratory teaching of interns in the teaching effect. MethodsTo practice in our hospital specialist laboratory medicine interns 40 as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated with ordinary with teaching methods, observation group uses hierarchical teaching method teaching. In July 2012 to April 2015 for each year of laboratory medicine interns were for a period of ten months of teaching and research, ifnally summarize the teaching effect. Results The observation group in clinical practice test score and comprehensive score of two groups of data, were signiifcantly better than the control group, difference signiifcantly , was statistically signiifcant, P<0.05. Observation group of interns satisfaction and teacher satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, significant differences, with statistical signiifcance, P<0.05. Conclusion The hierarchical teaching of the methods used in scientiifc testing practice, signiifcantly improve the students practical skills and practice effect is good, high student satisfaction, teacher also said, the effectiveness of the method signiifcantly.关键词
