摘要
Abstract
Objective Discusses the influence of different methods for making the secondary impression of complete dentures on the primary stability, the number of initial pressure point and the initial satisfaction. Methods Make the individual tray respectively using the direct method, indirect method and combination method for 20 patients with tooth jaw to obtains the ifnal impression,3 pair of denture made respectively. Early wear of teeth, when comparing the initial stability of the 3 pair of denture, the number of pressure points and test patients satisfaction in terms of denture solid and comfortable. Results Under the active muscle molding, the early stability of complete denture which impression made by the indirect method is better than which made by the direct method, then the combination method is better than the indirect method. The number of initial pressure point:the indirect method and the combination method are both less than the direct method, then there is no prominent difference in the two methods. Satisfaction in solid: the combination method is better than the indirect method, the indirect method is better than the direct method. Satisfaction in comfortable:the indirect method and the combination method are both less than the direct method, then there is no prominent difference in the two method. Conclusion The combination method for making the secondary impression is the best method to make complete dentures.关键词
