染色体核型在急性髓系白血病诊断和预后中的作用探究
Role of chromosome karyotype in the diagnosis and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of karyotype in the diagnosis and prognosis of acute myelocytic leu‐kemia(AML) .Methods Totally 138 newly diagnosed AML patients were selected and chromosome analysis was per‐formed with G‐banding techniques .The overall survival times were calculated by follow‐up visit .Results Seventy‐three(52 .9% ) chromosomal aberrations were detected .The most common types were t(15 ;17) ,t(8 ;21) and +8 . There were statistically significant differences in age and white blood cell counts with initial diagnosis(P<0 .05) .The median time of 110 follow‐up visit patients was 8 months .The 3‐year survival rates of the low risk group ,intermedi‐ate risk group and high risk group were 84 .0% ,45 .3% and 21 .0% respectively(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The various subsets of AML had different chromosomal aberrations ,which could be applied for the diagnosis and prognosis moni‐toring of AML .关键词
