Abstract
Commercial space is an important part of the transformation of old industrial buildings, at the same time, according to the new trend of domestic business, we can transform the old industrial buildings into the experiential business space of humanistic, diversification and leisure. This paper analyzes the feasibility, contradiction and the significance of the transformation of old industrial buildings into commercial space under the principle of functional replacement, and concludes the theory which guides the practice of reform, realizing the sustainable utilization of old industrial buildings.关键词
