胸腰椎骨折三平面、二平面内固定临床疗效比较
Comparison of the clinical efficacy of three plane and two plane internal fixation in thoraco-lumbar fractures patients

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of three plane and two plane internal fixation by posterior ap-proaches in thoracolumbar fractures patients. Methods 60 cases of thoracolumbar fractures patients were treated, and three plane was 30 patients and two plane 30 patients. The incision length, operative time, bleeding, the ratio of vertebral margin height, the Cobb angle, pain VAS and internal fixation loosening before and after the operation of the two methods were compared. Results Two kinds of internal fixation methods of length of incision, operative time, bleeding and preoperation and postoperation pain VAS had no significant difference ( P >0. 05 ) . Follow-up studies from 12 months to 20 months had found that no internal fixation was loosening and broken, the ratio of vertebral mar-gin height and the recovery of Cobb angle of three plane operation were better than that of two plane after operation( P<0. 05). Conclusions Three plane fixation of thoracolumbar fractures patients is much better and can reduce inter-nal fixation loosening or fracture incidence. The operation can reduce the loss of vertebral height and be good to the formation of postoperation, and not increase the operation time and blood loss. The operation should be the first choice for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.关键词
