关节镜下应用全内缝合法修复半月板撕裂
Treatment of meniscal laceration by using arthroscopic all-inside suturing technique

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of the arthroscopic all-inside repairing technique for repairing meniscal laceration. Methods Sixty-eight consecutive patients with meniscal laceration underwent arthroscopic re-pair by the all-inside repairing technique. The clinical examination and MRI were performed at the final follow-up. The knee function was evaluated by modified Lysholm score, the healing status of meniscal was evaluated by Barrett criterion and MRI examination. Results All of 68 patients were followed up for 18~68 months. Patients with inter-locking, weak legs, effusion symptoms disappeared completely, pain and joint function were significantly improved. The modified Lysholm score improved significantly from 35 ~64 ( 39. 8 ± 12. 1 ) points preoperatively to 85 ~100 (91. 8 ± 7. 3) points postoperatively (P<0. 001). Fifty-nine meniscus (86. 8%) achieved clinical healing accord-ing to Barrett criterion; MRI images convinced that 58 meniscus ( 85. 3%) were completely healed, 8 meniscus (11. 8%) partially healed, and 2 meniscus (2. 9%) failed in the last follow-up. Conclusions Arthroscopic all-in-side repairing technique for repairing meniscal laceration, can achieve a high rate of meniscal healing, a low rate of complication, and a satisfactory clinical outcomes.关键词
