Abstract
Objective:The study aimed to fabricate electrospinning membranes with PCL,COL and HA,and test their biocompatibility with periodontal ligament cells (PDLCs). Method:Three electrospinning membranes were fabricated with different spinning solution composition of PCL, PCL+5 %COL and PCL+5 %COL+1 %HA, respectively. The membrane morphology was observed through scan electron microscope and the hydrophilic performance was tested by contact angles. MTT was applied to investigate the proliferation of PDLCs seeded on the membranes and the viability was measured by live and dead staining method. DAPI staining was used to observe the distribution of PDLCs co-cultured with membrane. Re-sult:All the three types of membranes were fabricated with uniform nano-fibers. The fibers of PCL+5 %COL membrane ex-hibited concave surface and that of PCL+5 %COL+ 1 %HA membrane raised nodular surface with smooth and continuous surface. PCL+5%COL+1%HA membrane had the smallest contact Angles rank among the three membranes. The prolifera-tion and viability of PDLCs on the PCL+5 %COL+ 1 %HA membrane were significantly higher than those on other two membranes(P<0.01). Additionally,cells on the PCL+5%COL+1%HA membrane was more intensive than other two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion:The composition solution of COL,HA and PCL can change the morphology of electrospinning mem-branes. Among them,the PCL+5%COL+1%HA electrospinning membrane suggested good biocompatibility.关键词
