计算机辅助外科技术非血管化髂骨修复下颌骨缺损的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of computer surgical technique assisted the treatment of the mandible defect in the non-vascularized iliac bone graft. Method:Collect 20 patients(group A) with computer surgical technique and 20 patients(group B) with traditional surgical technique for reconstruct mandibular defect. The operation time, postoperative satisfaction and incidences of complications of the two groups were compared. Result:All the patients underwent surgery successfully, the operation time of group A was (66.09±13.91) min shorter than group B(104.70±18.72) min (P<0.05). The satisfactory rate of the patients in group A was 90 %,group B was 80 %(P>0.05). The incidences of complications group A was 20.0 % less than B group 50.0 %(P<0.05). Conclusion:By applying computer surgical technique repair the mandible defect in the non-vascularized iliac bone graft, that shortened the operation time and reduced the complicating diseases significantly.关键词
