一株具有植物促生作用的沙棘内生真菌的分离鉴定
Isolation and Identification of a Strain Endophytic Fungi Made Plant Growth Promoting from Sea Buckthorn
摘要
Abstract
Isolated a strain endophytic fungi SJ1 from the root of wild sea buckthorn.After dealing with corn, rice and soybean by the fungal extracts ,measured some important indicator as data.Results show that the ex-tracts of SJ1 on soybean,maize and rice has a positive effect,and can promote the development of the root of plant ,increased yield.According to its morphological and genetic analysis of SJ1 strain was identified as Paecilomyces variotii.Study on the growth promoting effect of Penicillium is relatively small,SJ1 identification provides a new strain resource for biological pesticide.关键词
