我国土地征收政策与世界银行非自愿移民政策比较
Comparison of the Policy of Land Expropriation in China and the Non-voluntary Migration Policy of the World Bank
摘要
Abstract
The policy of land expropriation in China and the non-voluntary immigration policy of the World Bank have common and significant differences.China land expropriation policy and the World Bank non-vol-untary immigration policy goal is consistent,is to ensure that the living standards of farmers is not reduced, the long-term livelihood security,are required to give priority to agriculture resettlement way,and stressed that public participation and information disclosure;but both in policy applicable scope,compensation standard, land acquisition documents,to the disadvantaged groups the degree of concern,resettlement work of monito-ring and evaluation are different.关键词
