借助移动教学平台对《护理学基本技术》进行翻转教学的研究
Flipped Teaching with Mobile Teaching Platform for Fundamental Nursing Skill

Abstract
Objective To carry out flipped teaching with mobile teaching platform, to improve the teaching effect of Fundamental Nursing Skill, and to cultivate students' professional quality. Methods With cluster sampling, higher vocational nursing students were selected as object, then experiment group and control group were determined by random sampling. In experiment group, flipped teaching with mobile teaching platform was conducted in addition to the teaching method in control group. At the end of the course, nursing students' performance in theoretical and skill test, the ability of independent learning, problem solving ability and learning attitude were analyzed through test and questionnaire survey. Results There was statistical difference between experiment group and control group in terms of students' performance in theoretical and skill test(P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that problem solving ability and learning attitude of the students in experiment group were improved, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion With the help of the mobile teaching platform, the flipped teaching is effective for improving the teaching effect and students' ability to solve problems and study attitude, and cultivate students' ability to practice.关键词
