SP-D在AECOP D中的临床意义及与P CT、CRP的相关性研究
The Clinical Significance of SP-D in AECOPD and its Correlation with PCT and CRP

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical significance of SP-D in AECOPD,and analyze the correlation between SP-D and pulmonary function in patients with PCT and CRP. Method 90 cases of COPD patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the object,with 45 cases of stable patients and 45 cases of acute stage pa-tients.At the same time,45 cases of healthy adults were selected as the control group.Observe the level of SP-D,PCT,CRP and lung function indexes in the three groups;the correlation between SP-D,PCT,CRP and pulmonary function,the correla-tion between SP-D,PCT and CRP were analyzed. Results The level of SP-D,PCT and CRP of three groups had signifi-cant differences,and AECOPD patients were higher than patients with stable COPD,patients with stable COPD were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Lung function index of the three groups had significant differences,the level of 6MWT,FVC,FEV1,FEV1 / FVC,MMEF and PEF from high to low were control group,stable COPD patients,and AECO-PD group(P<0.05).SP-D was negatively correlated with lung function index level,PCT level and CRP level have no signifi-cant correlation with lung function.The level of SP-D was significantly positively correlated with the level of PCT,but had no significant correlation with CRP level. Conclusion The level of SP-D in patients with high AECOPD were higher,and the SP-D level is closely related with the patients’ lung function and level of PCT.关键词
