摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium ( LMWH) in pa-tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its effect on pulmonary arterial pressure (PASP) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 106 cases of acute pulmonary heart disease sec-ondary to the exacerbation of COPD patients were divided into experimental and control group,53 cases were even assigned to the two groups,and cured by conventional oxygen,antibiotics,cardiac and other basic treatment, the test group received LMWH treatment simultaneously,and two groups of treatment and change of PASP was compared. Results Before treat-ment,NYHA functional distribution showed no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, compared to the control group,the test group had significantly improved heart functional grade,and the 6 min walking distance was also longer ( P<0.05);the whole blood viscosity high shear,low shear whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.05);after treatment in the test group pH and PaO2 were significantly higher than control group ( P<0.05) , but PaCO2 and PASP were significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.05);after treat-ment the clinical efficacy trial distribution was significantly better than the control group( P<0.05) . Conclusion LMWH therapy combined with conventional therapy in patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease can improve clin-ical results,with a significant improvement in pulmonary artery pressure in patients.关键词
