摘要
Abstract
As the world′s largest energy producer and consumer, China′s reliance on coal in its energy mix not only causes serious ecological damage, environmental pollution and social harm, but also subjects China to an increasing international pressure due to its explosive carbon dioxide emission.Although the transition to renewable energy has already been taken as a national strategy, a great leap forward to hydropower development may also be accompanied with risks of a large-scale ecological impact and relocation.Meanwhile inland nuclear power construction may enlarge the security risks.It is a real challenge facing China as how to get rid of an ad-ministration caring little about environmental and social costs, how to stop enforcing an ″energy system revolution″going beyond the market-oriented rules, as well as how to establish a real sustainable system co-rela-ting energy,environment and society based on″ecological civilization″.关键词
