Abstract
Ecological security of regional international cooperation is the Silk Road Economic Zone development and prosperity on the basis of security.In view of the facing the Silk Road Economic Belt of regional ecologicalse-curity cooperation dilemma, should make full use of environmental diplomacy and the development of internation-al environmental law have opportunity, through to the international community will existing regional ecological environmental protection cooperation model comparison and experience reference, in follow on the basis of the basic principles of international environmental law can be used specific regional environmental protection cooper-ation agreement signed, the establishment of the specialized cooperative organizations, to strengthen non-govern-mental environmental protection organization construction and exchange etc.methods, promoting the Silk Road Economic Zone, ecological security of regional international cooperation.关键词
