An International Comparative Study of Performance Evaluation on Industrial Technology Research Institutes

Abstract
Industrial Technology Research Institutes are viewed as a bridge to connect″government, research in-stitute, industry, university and application″.It can effectively promote the development of new industries of state strategic importance.This paper analyzes the performance evaluation system of the industrial technology research institutes in Germany, the United States, Japan and South Korea from an international comparative perspective and draws the common ground and difference between them.On that basis, we can get the enlightenment that China′s industrial technology research performance index system should pay enough attention to the competitive and non-competitive fund utilization assessment;performance indicators should contain positioning as well as or-ganization mode and system.We should also build a performance evaluation system in line with China′s context.关键词
