去“极端化”背景下的新疆反暴恐情报体系研究
Study on Anti-Terrorism Intelligence System of Xinjiang under the Background of Deradicalizing
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] In order to study the method of maintaining social security and stability of Xinjiang by building a rea-sonable and perfect anti-terrorism intelligence system dealing with the terrorism based on the local actual with the time development trend in Xinjiang under the background of deradicalizing. [ Method/Process] This paper studies current policing intelligence work deeply, then optimizes and improves its operation system and mode using the temporal history of terrorism in Xinjiang and the realistic point of view a-bout policing intelligence in Xinjiang. [ Result/Conclusion] The results of the research show that anti-terrorism intelligence system of Xinjiang will take “nip something in the bud” as the core goal, take the people's livelihood construction and religion management as the two pillars, highlight the capacity of perception, forecast and analysis. By means of development strategy, organization, dominant force, combat platform and anti-terrorism cooperation, and with the aid of intelligence work entity, intelligence work position, intelligence work object and intelligence exchange mode, intelligence system can play a better role in maintaining the stability of Xinjiang.关键词
